Purchase the Refundable Rain Policy
Clear. Straight-forward. Kind. Froggy Hops offers options for FULL REFUNDS if you need to cancel due to rain in the forecast! You can purchase the rain policy option on orders for inflatables for just 10% of your rental rate. Orders containing tent rentals are not eligible. Two Choices - Cancel or Keep your Reservation
1) What if I need to cancel?
Nobody makes a reservation thinking they will need to cancel it, but we understand that sometimes things happen. Our standard policy for cancellations result in a rescheduling credit to be used at a later point in time. However, some weather-related cancellations are issued a full refund if you have purchased our refundable rain policy! These cancellations must occur 2-3 days prior to the rental date, must occur before 10:00 AM on the last business day prior to the delivery date, and also must meet the refundable rain policy criteria listed below.

2) What if I keep my reservation even though it might rain?
We would love to be able to order up a blue-sky day, but sometimes The Big Guy upstairs has different plans that are just out of anyone's control. So, here's the straight-up info you need to know: Inflatables can be used in a light sprinkler, but cannot be used in the heavy rain, lightning, and/or high winds; they must be turned off. However, once the weather passes, it is easy to turn a bounce house back on and resume activity (it takes 2-3 minutes for an inflatable to blow back up). The inflatables are designed to drain the water as they blow back up (a few towels may be needed). Although Froggy Hops will deliver rain or shine, Froggy Hops still reserves the right not to perform outdoor engagements when, in Froggy Hops' judgment, weather conditions would be detrimental to the equipment and/or safety concerns for the Renter and/or team members of the Froggy Hops staff. This includes, but is not limited to, wind, rain, lightning, snow, temperature, or mud.

Cancellation Policy Timeline - Understand your options!
Clear. Straight-forward. Kind. It is important to understand your options when choosing to move forward with any financial decision. At Froggy Hops, we believe to be clear, is to be kind. Our rain policy optoins are valid 2-3 days prior to the rental date up until 10:00 AM on the last business day prior to the delivery date. Standard cancellation policies apply to cancellations more than 3 days prior to the rental date.
Timeline Example: A typical rental on a Saturday would include two FREE overnights; delivery would be on Friday and pick up on Sunday. If the rain policy is purchased on an order under $700, the time-frame to cancel this event and receive a refund would be anytime on Wednesday and/or up until 10:00 AM on Thursday. If canceled before Wednesday, the standard cancellation policy would apply. No modifications or cancellations could occur after 10:00 AM on Thursday.

Refundable Rain Policy
Order Total Under $700: If there is a 60% chance of rain for the rental date (according to www.accuweather.com) for the city of the reservation, you have the option for a 100% REFUND if you choose to cancel and have purchased our refundable rain policy. If you choose to cancel but have not purchased our refundable rain policy, a credit will be applied to your account for your next order instead of a refund. Because weather forecasts are most accurate when measuring close to the date in mind, this forecast must be valid between 2-3 days prior to the rental date and before 10:00 AM on the last business day prior to the delivery date. The customer must notify Froggy Hops of the desired cancellation by the time deadline to be eligible for the refund. Changes requested after 10:00 AM on the last business day prior to delivery cannot be refunded. Due to the hard work of our staff before, during, and after a reservation, rentals that are delivered are not refunded regardless of weather. The cost of the refundable rain policy is 10% of the rental rate and must be purchased at the time of the reservation. Orders containing a tent rental are not eligible.

Rain Policy (100% Rescheduling Credit Option/Non-refundable)
Order Total Over $700 (Non-refundable): Orders over $700 are given a full credit for the amount that has been paid when an event is canceled within 2-3 days prior to the rental date and no later than 10:00 AM on the last business day prior to the delivery date when the cancellation is due to rain in the forecast. No refunds will be given. To issue the full credit, there must be over a 60% chance of rain during the event-time posted on accuweather website for the city of the reservation. Because weather forecasts are most accurate when close to the date in mind, weather exceptions are not valid when a cancellation occurs more than 3 days prior to the rental date. No credits will be given for cancellations or changes that occur after 10:00 AM on the last business day prior to the day of delivery. Orders containing a tent rental are not eligible. Orders with total amounts over $700 are not eligible for refunds.
