Froggy Hops delivers party rental equipment and sets up all inflatables, bounce houses, and tents at the time of delivery. Delivery times are assigned by Froggy Hops and communicated 1-2 days prior to the rental date. Need a specific time? Froggy Hops offers convenient delivery and pickup service methods to accomodate location needs.

Froggy Hops delivers all the rental equipment during a time-frame according to the delivery and pick up service methods selected during the online checkout process. Fees vary based on date and time.

ELITE (FREE): Guaranteed delivery no later than day prior to rental and pickup no sooner than the day after your rental (no time requests included)
VALUE (FREE): Delivery and pickup 0-36 hours before and after rental time (no time requests included)
CHOICE ($59+): Guaranteed same-day delivery and pickup (valid for rentals beginning after 11:00 AM and ending no later than 6:00 PM)
SPECIFIED ($99+): Choose your 90-minute arrival window!

Other Deliveries: Froggy Hops works directly with schools, businesses, churches, and other organizations to customize delivery plans! Froggy Hops offers free services that include an assigned time-frame, convenient same-day services at an assigned time, and also specific 90-minute windows for arrival times that can be scheduled in advance. Upgraded delivery and pickup services are based on availability and must be scheduled at least 2 weeks prior to the rental date. Whether your delivery time was pre-arranged or assigned, you will still receive a text message reminder the day prior. The SPECIFIED Service with the 90-minute window is the only service that allows for time requests for arrival.
Closed Sundays: Froggy Hops is closed on Sunday mornings. This means that most Sunday reservations are delivered on Saturdays and many Saturday reservations are picked up on Sunday afternoons.
Residential Deliveries: Our ELITE Service with 2 FREE overnights is most popular with rentals at residential locations - delivery the day prior to the rental and pickup the day after! If you select this FREE option during the online reservation, you will receive a text message 1-2 days prior to your rental date with an estimated time of delivery. This time-frame is assigned; no requests are included. Delivery may be 1-2 days prior to your rental, but any extra time is ALWAYS complimentary! Although it is not required that you are home, many Renters prefer to do so.

Most rentals at residential locations, churches, and even schools will choose one of our FREE delivery service methods that include delivery the day prior to the event and pickup the day after (or our flexible option for 0-36 hours before and after the rental time). No time requests for delivery or pickup times are included in our free services (e.g. come during business hours or please arrive earlier in the day). The free services include an assigned time chosen by Froggy Hops for delivery and/or pickup. Froggy Hops offers convenient same-day services for delivery and pickup if an overnight is undesireable at the location; no time requests are included in these same-day services either. Our SPECIFIED Delivery or Pickup Service is the only service that allows for specific time requests for arrival; this service includes a 90 minute window for arrival of the truck. Ordering or modifying a delivery or pickup service is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the rental date and are always subject to availability. Changes to set up surfaces (e.g. grass using stakes, asphalt, indoor, etc.) and/or changes to delivery and pickup service methods with less than 2 weeks notice are not included.
