Is there a fee for delivery?

How do I reserve an Inflatable?

There are two ways to reserve an inflatable bouncer. The easiest way is to reserve online. You will be requested to enter the date and times for your reservation.  Froggy Hops reserves the right to deliver your bounce house rental up to 24 hour prior to your start-time.  We will call you 1-2 days prior to your reservation to give you an estimated time of arrival for delivery. Someone at least 18 years old must be available at the time of delivery.  Upon completion of the online bounce house rental reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with receipt.  The second way to reserve an inflatable is by calling. The same process applies, but we take your order over the phone.

How big are the Inflatable Jumpers? Is there room in my yard?

All dimensions are available on our website. There must be a relatively flat area with at least 2 feet clearance on all sides, including vertically.

Do I need to provide electricity?

Yes. A standard 20amp electrical circuit (same as a standard household outlet) must be provided for an inflatable bounce house rental. This must be within 100 feet of the Inflatable for standard set-up. If a further distance is required, be sure to reserve that at the time of reservation. A minimum of a 5500watt generator can be used as an alternative.

Can I pick up the Inflatable Bounce House myself?

No.

Can I have the Inflatable set up on my driveway or in the street?

Yes. Froggy Hops will secure your Inflatable Bouncer with sandbags. This service may require an additional fee depending on products and peak periods.

Can I have the Inflatable Bouncer or Combo Jumper set up indoors?

Yes, as long as there is space available (including vertically), then we can typically deliver indoors. We are not able to transport up or down stairs or in an elevator. There also must be a double door (without a center bar) or at least a 42 inch width for us to get the inflatable through. The customer MUST have a planned path for us to get the Inflatable to the desired location.

I am having an event at a public place (YMCA, park, etc). Can I order an Inflatable?

Often times, yes. The Renter is responsible for obtaining permission from the location or from the City to install the Inflatable. This City may require Froggy Hops to show proof of insurance. Froggy Hops will do so for a nominal fee.

Can I move the Inflatable?

No! During delivery, Froggy Hops personnel will check with you before installing the Inflatable Jumper and even twist and turn it to your liking. The customer is NOT ALLOWED to move it at any point.

How long is the Jumper rental for?

Daily bounce house rentals typically get dropped off in the morning hours and picked up in the evening hours. Specific times are scheduled when you make your reservation.

Can I keep the Inflatable Bouncy House overnight?

There are a limited number of overnight reservations available on each day. These are scheduled at the time you make your reservation. There is no additional charge for keeping an Inflatable Bounce House overnight. Please note that we require you to turn off any underground sprinklers. This is especially important for overnight bounce house rentals.

Is a deposit required? How and when do I need to pay?

A 50% deposit on a VISA/Mastercard is required for inflatable bounce house rentals. The balance is due on the day of delivery in the form of cash, check or VISA/Mastercard. Please note that delivery drivers do not carry change.  Alternate payment methods can be arranged for schools, churches, and non-profit organizations.

Is there sales tax?

Yes, as required by the county in which the rental takes place. If your organization is tax exempt, please download and complete the Certificate of Exemption (ST3) form. This form can be mailed directly to Froggy Hops, LLC or must be ready at the time of delivery. Mail to: Froggy Hops, LLC, PO Box 63, Andover, MN 55304.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my bounce house rental?

Once an inflatable is reserved, you can post-pone or re-schedule your bounce house rental up to 24 hours prior to your rental and your deposit will be credited towards your next rental. No refunds will be given. Due to scheduling, we cannot accept changes to an order within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice.

What if it rains?

Inflatables cannot be used in the rain. They must be turned off and covered with a tarp. However, once the rain stops, it is easy to turn them back on and resume activity. It is very seldom that rain occurs for an entire day, but in this case, there are no fees for canceling due to weather. Froggy Hops reserves the right not to perform outdoor engagements when, in Froggy Hops’ judgment, weather conditions would be detrimental to the equipment and/or safety concerns for the Renter. This includes, but is not limited to, wind, rain, or mud.

I am renting an Inflatable Bounce House and a Concession Product. Can I get a discount?

The concession products are only available in conjunction with an inflatable rental. Consequently, they are already priced to reflect this. Check out our Specials page for discounts on Inflatables.

I am renting more than one Inflatable Bouncer. Can I get a discount?

Absolutely! Call for your quote.

I am hosting a charitable event. Can I get a discount?

Froggy Hops is proud to support its community! Please check out the Community Support page for a donation application. No donations are considered without a completed application.

Are Inflatables safe?

YES! But, as with any product, like a swimming pool or trampoline, it is imperative that a responsible adult supervises the activity and enforces the safety rules with the children at all times. These safety rules will be provided for the Renter at the time of delivery.

Is there a danger of lead poisoning?

No. All Froggy Hops Inflatables are lead-free.

Are the Inflatable Bouncers clean?

Absolutely. Froggy Hops takes great pride in only delivering the best!

How many people will my Inflatable Bouncer hold?

Depending on the specific Bouncer, it may hold up to 400 or 600 pounds and NO MORE than 8 people at once. The Renter is responsible for enforcing this rule to keep children safe and the Inflatable intact. Overloading an Inflatable will cause a seam to tear and requires extensive repairs. The Renter will be fined for such abuse.

Does Froggy Hops have insurance?

Yes. Froggy Hops is a fully insured company.

Can I tape a sign on the unit?

No. You will be fined.

What if I spill on the Inflatable Jumper or damage it?

We ask that you keep all food and beverages away from the Inflatable Jumper! Kids are very well-intentioned, but even a small amount of food or beverage on the outside of an Inflatable is a BIG mess for us! If a spill or damage does occur beyond normal wear and tear, the Renter is responsible/ liable for this and will be fined. This includes, but is not limited to, tears due to excessive amount of weight or people inside, tears due to climbing on netting, tears due to pets or tape, messes due to food, beverage, underground sprinklers, vomit, urine, animals, tape, silly string, face-paint and/or glitter.
